Stuck at home can't get to the gym training

Metabolic Chest (substitution)
20- alternating twist pushups
20- band punches both left and right lead (regular pushups)
20 band fly's (wide pushups)
10 death jumps
Metabolic legs
20- Speed squats
20- Reverse lunges
10- step ups with knee strike
20- Split squat jumps
Metabolic cardio
10 sec- incline trainer (mountain climbers)
10- bob and weave with medicine ball
4 trips- latter cross shuffles
10 sec- incline trainer (mountain climbers inverted knees)
All exercises are done one right after the other no rest.
You should complete all three circuits 3 times
