Our Muay Thai workout is what people know us best for,  In this one of a kind workout which is advanced enough for the pro's yet easy enough for the beginners.  You can expect to get a workout from head to toe's.

At any class we incorporate hands, legs, knees, elbows which include exercise band training, muscle conditioning, heavy bag workouts and focus, target, and clinch training.
